PBM Agency ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on pbmagency.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you request a free website preview, ask a question, or otherwise contact us, we collect what you provide: your name, email, phone number, business details (name, industry, services, service area, address), and your message. We use it to build your preview, respond to you, and provide our services. We do not sell your personal information.
Information collected automatically
We and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referral source through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
Advertising and tracking
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party advertising pixels on this website, and we do not sell or share your information with advertising networks. We use only essential cookies needed for the site to function (see our Cookie Policy).
If you submit a form, we may email you about your request using our email service providers. Marketing emails we send include an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests permanently.
Text messaging (SMS)
How we collect your mobile number and your consent. We collect your mobile number only when you give it to us — for example, by entering it in the optional phone field on our website contact form and checking the separate SMS consent box, by texting us first, or by agreeing in writing to receive texts as part of our services. SMS consent is express opt-in: we never add you to text messaging unless you take one of those affirmative steps, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
What we use your number for. Through the PBM Agency SMS messaging program we send updates about the website we built or are building for you, account and onboarding messages, replies to your questions, and occasional offers. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out or get help. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time, after which you will receive one final confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@pbmagency.com or (512) 580-8472. Full program terms are in the SMS section of our Terms of Use.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, email delivery, and text-message delivery), when required by law, or to protect our rights. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share your information with advertising networks. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are never shared with any third parties.
Data retention
We keep submitted information as long as needed to serve you and maintain business records, and no longer than necessary for the purposes in this policy.
Your choices and rights
Contact us any time to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
