PBM began as a New York agency doing precision-based marketing for national brands: campaigns built on data about who buys, when, and why, instead of gut feel and creative awards. That work sharpened one conviction. Marketing is not magic. It is a set of measurable jobs done well, in the right order.
It also showed us who gets left out. The businesses that actually hold towns together, the HVAC companies, plumbers, dentists, roofers, and shops, could never afford that caliber of work. Agencies priced them out, or worse, sold them big-brand tactics they did not need.
So we rebuilt PBM for them. Same precision, same playbook, with the expensive overhead automated away. PBM now exists to do one job: help local businesses with high-value customers get found, get chosen, and get paid.

We would rather spend an hour building you a free website preview than an hour selling you on one. You should judge an agency by its work, so we lead with the work.

Only sell what's needed
A plumber does not need a brand manifesto. A dentist does not need a TikTok strategy before the website works. We recommend what moves your revenue and nothing else, even when more would be easy to sell.

Automation is why it's affordable
Big agencies bill for coordination: the meetings, the status decks, the account managers. We automated that layer away. The savings are not magic, they are just not charging you for overhead.

Plain English, always

Our guarantee, in plain terms
The preview is genuinely free. We build a real homepage for your business before you pay a dollar. If you decide not to move forward, do nothing. The preview comes down on its own. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.
The launch fee is refundable while the site is not live. If you pay to launch and change your mind within 14 days before your site goes live, you get your money back, in full if we have not started, half if we have. Once your site is live on your domain, you have the thing you paid for.
The monthly plan has no lock-in. Cancel any time. You keep your site and your domain, and on request we hand you a copy of the code and content.
